Coaching points
- Redirect: when the ride loads up one side, reverse the ball to the side with fewer riders.
- Over: when a rider cuts off the pass back to the goalie, throw it to the far defender, over the goalie. Kaley and Donovan, Belgium and LaxLibrary all teach the Over; it can be a 40 to 50 yard pass.
- Far defender: when the ball goes away from you, get wide and give him a target. Then run it up the open side.
- The goalie reads the ride and makes the call.
