Playbook

Fifty-nine sets, already drawn.

Pick the one your kids already run, or build your own in three steps. Give a player an arrow and the play advances: he lands where the arrow ended, frame by frame, so the set actually runs instead of sitting there as a diagram.

Then drop your players into the spots, type one line each, and save. Every phone lights up with only its own line on it. Add a quiz if you want to know who read it rather than who received it.

Saturday is a game, so Friday drops to a walk-through and the hard day moves away from it. You have lost the ground-ball battle three games running, so Tuesday has ground-ball work in it, and it tells you that is why. A seventh straight session would be a seventh, so Sunday is off.

It reads your own schedule and your own stat book to get there. It proposes, you edit, nothing applies itself.

What is underneath it

88 drills and 47 lifts, each tagged with the weakness it treats, what it costs you that day, which positions it serves, and whether it is safe in season. A thousand free drills are a search away. One that knows your team gives the ball away, and that Friday is a game, is not.

Every session opens on the same neuromuscular warm-up: dynamic run, eccentric hamstring, single-leg balance, controlled landing. Randomised trials on that shape of warm-up report 43 to 50 percent fewer ankle, knee and ACL injuries, and a meta-analysis including lacrosse cohorts found around 41 percent lower ACL risk. It is the strongest evidence in the whole planner, which is why it is the default instead of a lap and a stretch.

Upload your logo and one photo of the kit. Every poster after that comes back in your colours, wearing your crest, on your jersey, with the lettering and numbers that are already on it. Not a stock template with your name dropped in the corner.

Putting a real player on it uses his real photograph. We do not hand a kid's face to a model and ask for a likeness back. Where the poster is not about one athlete, the figure in the kit is generated, an adult, helmet down.
