Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FanFeed ("the Platform"), operated by FanFeed LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account on FanFeed. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Users under 14 are prohibited from using the Platform in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fanfeed.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on FanFeed, including profile information, highlight videos, stats, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting, you grant FanFeed LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity, including coaches or athletic staff
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without written consent
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Subscriptions and Payments

FanFeed offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@fanfeed.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Coach and Recruiter Accounts

Coaches and recruiters who create accounts represent that they are affiliated with a legitimate educational institution or athletic organization. FanFeed reserves the right to verify coach identities and remove accounts that cannot be verified.

8. Profile View Notifications

FanFeed provides notifications when coaches view athlete profiles. The accuracy and detail of these notifications depends on your subscription tier. FanFeed does not guarantee that all views will be captured or that notifications will be delivered in real time under all conditions.

9. NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness)

FanFeed may facilitate connections between athletes and brands for NIL opportunities. FanFeed is not a party to any NIL agreement between athletes and brands. Athletes are responsible for ensuring their NIL activities comply with NCAA, NAIA, or other applicable rules and regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

The FanFeed name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of FanFeed LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. The Platform's design, code, and features are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FanFeed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific recruiting outcomes from using the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanFeed LLC and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fanfeed.me.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
