Coaching points
- Box out: your first step goes across your opponent's body. Use your back, hips and lower body to stay between her and the ball.
- Two of you in one spot: one goes in to box out and take the low ball, the other drops back for the high ball and is the outlet if her partner wins it.
- Other circle tricks: pinch your opponent from her outside on the whistle, or set up off the circle and creep across on the whistle. Never step in before it. If they win it, get on defense first.
