FRAME full (we attack toward y=0): 0.083 their goal line · 0.333 attacking restraining line · 0.5 centre line · 0.667 our restraining line · 0.82 our 8-metre · 0.917 our goal line. FULL-FIELD frame — a clear cannot be drawn on a half field. Twelve slots. The offside maths is the shape: we may keep at most eight players (including the keeper) in our defensive end, so six start there and the rest stagger up, and at most seven may cross the attacking restraining line. Wide is the point — the two low defenders open to the sidelines outside the 12-metre fan so the keeper never throws into traffic, the middle defender stays above the fan as a reset and never square to the keeper, and the midfield outlets hold above the restraining line so they are onside when the ball arrives. The keeper has 10 seconds to get the ball out of the goal circle, so the first look must exist before she makes the save.
