Coaching points
- Double any drive in the 8, any time the ball is at the outside hash or wider, any time it goes behind, and when they stall.
- The doubler comes with her stick in the passing lane of the player she leaves. The two of you make a V and pinch: the one on the side she moves to steps up, the other chases her back shoulder. Stay until the pass or the turnover.
- Rollins' SOAP: when we double, the next defender shuts off the adjacent player. The defender farthest from the ball takes two.
- Georgetown doubles a ball at the top or the elbow inside the 8, as a true double, so she can't split it.
