Coaching points

• The skip makes the sucked-in defenders run back out to you. Come in, pump, and hunt shooting space: if one runs into your lane without marking you, it's an 8 meter. She has to run into the lane herself. If you step into her, it is not called.
• If she gets there in time and out of your lane, dodge her. Either way you get a free position or a good look.
• Don't shoot if anyone is in your shooting lane: that's dangerous shooting, whistle or not.
